The hotel rooms were neat and elegant with ocean-view, the rooftop terrace, private balcony. The location was INCREDIBLE and the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable during the whole stay! Dined at Long John Silver's, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The hotel is reasonably clean and has views of the sea. I enjoyed my room, well-equipped and well decorated with breakfast. the setting is convenient, really close to historic attractions and most things, in a calm area.

I recently stayed at Hotel San Telmo for a week-long vacation in La Palma. The hotel's beautiful courtyard, with rooms overlooking it, added a charming touch to the modern property. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with high-quality ingredients and a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was superb, right in the heart of the old streets of Santa Cruz, offering picturesque views around every corner. I would definitely return here again.

I recently stayed at Hotel San Telmo in Santa Cruz and had a wonderful time. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, with a beautiful terrace and atrium complete with a fountain. The apartments are comfortable, and even though mine didn't have a sea view, it didn't matter because I could enjoy the breathtaking views from the terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was even a lovely cat to keep me company. The hotel provided cool drinking water and had a small bar with refreshing drinks. Everything was clean and the breakfast was delicious. a delightful experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
